"I arrived late at night trains were delayed. On arrival the system was down but every care was taken to accommodate me whilst they got things back up and running. Suhur was only served until 2 am and no hot drinks but reception staff could see how tired I was and made arrangements for suhur to be served at 3am with hot morrocan tea. "The Riad building and grounds are in traditional Moroccan style and decor. Our room (Deluxe Suite) was quite spacious. We've stayed for 3 nights and our room was cleaned daily, bed linens and even the bathrobes were changed daily. "Was hassled by their in-house tout to do an expensive guided tour before we even stepped foot inside. Outside door is locked at all times and we had to ask them to open the door each time we wanted to get something from our car. They tried to charge us for parking (it was supposed to be free). They said we could not eat outside food - only eat in their over-priced 'restaurant'. Ad on Hotels.com said there was 4 bars/restaurants (making it sound like a resort). Total fabrication. "Unterkunft hat die Buchung über Expedia nicht erhalten und hat auch keine Kooperation mit Expedia. Hotel war ausgebucht und man stand leer da. Jetzt versuche ich gerade mein Geld von Expedia wiederzubekommen"

"The property is a little old as it was established almost a hundred years ago. It is clean however and amenities work as expected, although some electric sockets are falling out of place/loose and some floor buttons on the list don't work. It is centrally located in Fes though and there is 'Central Parc' just opposite the hotel where you can drink Moroccan mint tea or have brunch."
