"Muy sucio. Mucho polvo en la cama. Sabanas y manta viejas. Me ha dado mucha alergia incluso. Mal olor como a tabaco y a cerrado."

"Un Hostal qui a un peu vieilli mais qui est vraiment très bien placé à proximité de la place d Espagne. La personne de l accueil est très sympa. Certes les chambres et les douches sont séparées mais compte tenu du prix et de la localisation c est logique. Un peu bruyant le soir."

"HORRIBLE. I booked with hotels.com and when I got to Hostal Verdemar they told me they didn't have a room for me! The staff were very unhelpful. I told them my credit card has already been charged, so they said they will email hotels.com. My credit card was still charged, so I emailed the hostel and they NEVER replied. I've been scammed!!"

"We had a very relaxing stay at Casa Sira, which is a beautifully restored traditional house with all the modern comforts. The house is well equipped, and tastefully furnished with everything you need, comfortable beds and wi-fi / Tv etc. It is set in the mountains with stunning scenery all around. The nearest town is a short drive away. Lusima is a great host who went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay.with helpful advice on activities and great restaurants. "We chose this house because of the location. It is quite remote, in a very small hamlet about 10km up narrow roads. Villaviciosa is a lovely small town and worth a walk around. The hamlet of Piedrafita is exactly that, a hamlet. We were hugely disappointed that the local bar/eatery had suffered a fire and was out of action for the foreseeable. That was a shame because it was only a couple of hundred meters away from our accommodation. The nearest place to eat is a 20 minute walk to the next...
