The suite was excellent as was the pool and dining areas. Personally, I would have liked less music and live singers during the day though this seemed popular with guests generally. "Sarah in reception was really friendly and helpful. As per my room, the shower had a design issue and when using it the water would come out of the shower almost to the room. "The H10 Lanzarote Princess was a great find for our budget. It was conveniently situated near to shops, play parks and playas blanca and dorada. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially on reception and cleaning teams. The outdoor pools were varied and fun, though the water was very cold even though the weather was lovely and warm when we were there. "The hotel managed the COVID factor very well indeed with visible extra cleaning taking place both inside and the pool areas (sun loungers). The room was very comfortable indeed and again kept very clean. We felt very safe and both guests and staff adhered to the mask wearing protocols. The hotel is well positioned as we like to walk into area rather than step into them but is only a 15 min walk to the main strip. Food at the evening was exceptional both in quality and choice.
