"One of the most gorgeous huge hotels we have ever stayed at!! Modern deco. Loads of space everywhere. Never felt crowded. Stunning views & easy walk (10 mins to the main town) & beach (5 mins). Rooms are beautifully appointed. Buffet area large & tastefully decorated. Might be a little short on staff some days ... But not a complaint. Love that they don't charge for sparkling water!!!"

"Quieter part of main hotel. Disappointed with our room allocation .. looking out over a waste area. Cheaper rooms in other parts of the hotel with pool & partial seaview. Maybe the hotel should reconsider which rooms are included in the Royal Level - definitely check your room allocation! Buffet was lovely private & small ( but we actually preferred the main buffet). Lovely long heated pool area. Book a better room in the main hotel rather than Royal Level would be our advice. A lot of walking...

"We had a great holiday and loved out time there. We had a couple of issues with our shower/toilet but they were fixed in a heartbeat. Hotel and staff were fantastic and great service. On area of improvement we thought could be around the food, for dinners in particular, but a like most all inclusive buffets. Would highly recommend staying! "
