"I booked this hotel because they state they have available parking. They don't!!! "Available parking" is a street parking which one must search in streets around the hotel. After a long working day, I spent half an hour looking for an available parking space and, after I didn't find it, I had to park in a garage 1km away and carry my baggage to the hotel. "Helpful staff and a very nice, clean hotel. Conveniently located close to the city center and just a short walk from the train station. Parking is available at the metro parking for €26 with hotel validation (from 5 PM to 8 AM). Overall, a clean and comfortable stay—highly recommend!"

"Great hotel located in a central area in Bern. About a 5 minute walk to the train station. Rooms are small but doable, especially for a night or two. Coffee and tea are free in the lobby. You can also purchase a glass of wine or make any drink available for an extra fee. Right next to an amazing coffee shop with fantastic muffins. Also 7 minutes away from a cool cocktail bar called Department 66. Would stay again! "
