Para pessoas pouco exigentes
A vista é linda, pena que falte um pouco de cuidado na cabana, achei um pouco suja. Fica fora de mão, só recomendo para quem tiver carro. O tratamento muito impessoal e o café da manhã, mesmo pago à parte, muito fraco.

Motel like hotel. Auto vereist
Alto Villarica is een huisjes complex met motel achtige kamers. Netjes maar niets bijzonders. Ligt 4 km van dorp af: zonder auto ben je voor het eten aangewezen op het hotel restaurant (waar je dan doorgaans de enige gast zult zijn). Ook in Villarica zelf zijn er weinig restaurants, zodat je bent aangewezen op Pucon (ca 20 km verder). Ondanks de ligging buiten het dorp geen uitzicht op de vulkaan. Opvallend was dat we in het voorjaar (nov) vrijwel de enige gasten waren.

Molestia por cobro adicional
No se respetó el valor convenido y pagado a Hoteles.com, cobrando un 20% más por concepto de IVA (Impuesto al valor agregado), lo que me pareció muy poco serio. Adujeron que la tarifa cobrada por Uds. era solo para extranjeros. Cuando efectué y pagué la reserva indiqué claramente mi nacionalidad y domicilio, NO ESPECIFICÁNDOSEME NADA AL RESPECTO. Por otra parte cabe comentar la ausencia de materiales de aseo personal, como jabón, champoo, acondicionador cabello.

Calefação não funciona nos quartos.
O Hotel possui excelentes instalações. Contudo, está localizado em local distante do cento da cidade, possui poucos funcionários e a calefação não funciona a contento. Passamos muito frio à noite. Consguimos dormir apenas com o auxílio de um secador de cabelos.
