"The accommodation was pretty much what you'd expect of a budget ski residence, but was a long way from the village centre, the ski lifts, and even the bus stop which supposedly served the hotel. The cooking facilities were less than adequate, but otherwise the room was OK. The staff were pleasant, and we just about managed to make ourselves understood speaking "Franglais." I wouldn't recommend staying here if you don't speak any French at all. There is no oven provided, and our microwave didn't...

"Fantastic little hotel, owner / manager always on hand, Jean the receptionist is amazing, nothing is a problem. Just refurbished, food is cooked on site from scratch and you can tell. Only thing that isn’t was bread and they admitted that. All staff were excellent, great bar, ski in ski out. Pool, loads of hot water, comfy beds."

"12/30/24- HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY. We had to catch a train at 5:55 AM. Cit'Hôtel le Welcome was the perfect place for it. Really less than 5 minute walk to the train station, therefore easy access to both the train and the Altibus to the ski stations of the Savoie!
