"Staff can be a little cold but always professional. Rooms need a little TLC, maintenance appears to be reasonable but not as tight as it could be, wallpaper beginning to peel and moisture damage on the bottom of doors. All in all, good breakfast, comfortable, clean and great location... cafes, restaurants and shops all around you."

"We love Hotel Flora! We first stayed at the hotel in 2022 and again this October. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes, and shopping. It is quiet and clean. The breakfast buffet is wonderful and it is a bonus to have a restaurant as well that serves very good food. The staff are very professional and helpful. We will be back!"

"I got the Junior suite room for my 4 day stay. The room was very big and spacious. It had a nice TV, sofa, working table and chairs, a Jacuzzi. The room amenities and the breakfast was also good. However, being a 4 star hotel I would expect more. For example, the wifi signal was extremely poor and not coming from the bed. The room was very dusty. "A wonderful stay in a wonderful hotel! We cannot fault this hotel & the staff were just amazing! Sara & Isabella on reception could not be any more helpful. The restaurant & bar staff were all so friendly & professional. There are too many to be named but all of them were so lovely. We would recommend eating in the restaurant.
