"The Oliver Aravaca is a newer building, very clean and fresh. The units have fully equipped kitchens which is perfect if you want to make your own meals. There is a grocery 1 block away with many good options. The hotel is cemtrally located and access to other shopping and restaurants is good. Most of all, the staff is fantastic and very kind and accomodating. Nicholas is a very good Manager and helped us very well! The Oliver Ownership should be very happy with his performance! "

"I enjoyed my stay. Property was quiet and safe. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Not a busy area but big shopping mall near by full of restaurants and stores. My only complaint was I had lukewarm water to shower. Other than that I would definitely recommend if you need a simple and affordable place to stay. "

"Great stay given the cost. Convenient and parking. Rooms are utilitarian, but nice and clean. The only issue is the area. It is not walkable to anything. I travel for work so it is perfect. Right on A6 and plenty of running trails with nice views."
