"We had problems with the AC and couldn't sleep well. However, the next day the manager moved us to a much better room. Although there were no activities for kids (most of the clients were families traveling with kids), the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and new. The food was really good, and the server Simone was so helpful and friendly that it made our stay incredible!"

The Continental breakfast was good and on time (served to your room) and the coffee was excellent. There were however, some issues with the wifi and the TV which made winding down at night and contacting our family back home very frustrating. "Wir haben schöne Sommerferien (9 Tage) in der Residence Elena verbracht, welche sich an sehr ruhiger Lage befindet. Ein Auto wird benötigt, da Strände und die Stadt Gallipoli einige Kilometer entfernt sind. Gratis Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Unsere Wohnung befand sich in sauberem Zustand und hatte eine wunderbare Terrasse. Die Hotelangestellten waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Besonders für Familie mit Kindern ist dies ein geeigneter Ort, da die Residence einen schönen...

"La struttura di bello ha le camere. Ristrutturate , fresche e con un ottimo impianto di condizionamento. Pulizia giornaliera fatta bene. La cosa assolutamente inesistente e a mio parere improponibile è la colazione. Non esiste praticamente. Ci si accinge al banco di un bar a piano terra dove non c'è praticamente nulla di esposto se non 2 pasticciotti e 2 brioche di numero. Certo , ti dicono di ordinare quello che vuoi....ma cosa ? Non esiste un minimo di menù scritto magari con 2 proposte....

"This hotel says it has a 24hr desk in the info. We arrived at 10pm and there was nobody there. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone. When we contacted hotels.com they said they could not reach the hotel and could not confirm that we didn't stay there, so they refused to give us a refund... even though we booked another hotel the same night from hotels.com. I was expecting a sincere apology but instead have to go through the trouble of disputing this with my credit card. Crazy."

"Set in a quiet rural location surrounded by olive groves and trullis, the villa is ideally located for sightseeing. There is a very nice pool area and tennis courts . We stayed in a chalet in the grounds. There was plenty of space but the shower cabinet was very cramped and awkward. Galatina, a fifteen minute drive away, is an interesting town with beautiful buildings and we had a really good meal in Gallatone, another easily accessible town."
