"We were asked to present ourselves at a different address only to find out that they had changed the location of our rooms. Supposedly, our room at the Central Plaza had a plumbing issue that was not resolved. We refused the new rooms and asked to cancel our reservation but they would not refund us. We pushed the issue and suddenly our rooms were available again. Rooms more spacious, better location but really run down. Beds were dipping in the middle or sloping to the sides.
