"While the property is clean and spacious, the main selling point for this unit is its location and proximity to all the shops, restaurants and even the skating rink. In terms of customer service from reception staff, don't expect much. They will produce you the card keys to access your unit and provide directions to the parking space, but that's about all they can do for you. You will need to directly contact the property manager with the phone number you're provided for all other inquiries....

"Very comfortable apartment, meticulously cleaned and prepared for our stay, including a well equipped kitchen that covers all your needs. Very warm and comfy - loved the gas fireplace! Well located with easy access to all Whistler village, supermarket, liquor store & pharmacy all right next door. Was also right next to the free shuttle bus stop negating the need to walk very far in ski boots. Hot tub in the complex is a very nice feature as well!"
