The location in front of Teatro Massimo was ideal and our room was large, clean and comfortable, surrounded by good dining and shopping. Breakfasts were attractively presented. "Highly recommended! The experience is really amazing. From a typical southern Italy family, my friend appreciated the fab traditional decorations in the shared space once entering the living room. The room is spacious with two beds. The neighbourhood is quiet. Everything is clean and well equipped. Gabriele also suggested a very nice dinner place for us which was very delicious! We will be back when visiting Palermo again :) "

The only thing that I did not like was that I had to carry my luggages down a flight of stairs. "There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."
