"This was probably one of the nicest boutique hotels we have stayed in with amazing friendly staff. Great location to explore the city. Wonderful breakfast and complementary cakes and coffee throughout the day. The property was a wonderful peaceful haven of calm to return to after exploring the busy city. The room was very spacious, beautifully decorated and chic. Highly recommend"

"This was a perfect Palermo stay, far better than anticipated. Stefanía provided excellent communication and attention. The location in front of Teatro Massimo was ideal and our room was large, clean and comfortable, surrounded by good dining and shopping. Breakfasts were attractively presented. "The room we got was nice and spacious with a good size bathroom and a lovely balcony with great view. It was easy to deal with the manager, but we spoke italian. The area is a bit dodgy, and the street was quite noisy until about 2am on Friday. No shower gel or soap. Overall, good value for money, would recommend it."

"Highly recommended! The experience is really amazing. From a typical southern Italy family, my friend appreciated the fab traditional decorations in the shared space once entering the living room. The room is spacious with two beds. The neighbourhood is quiet. Everything is clean and well equipped. Gabriele also suggested a very nice dinner place for us which was very delicious! We will be back when visiting Palermo again :) "

"This hotel is really close to Cefalu train station. The City Center is walkable. Everyone is friendly and food is decent. The only thing that I did not like was that I had to carry my luggages down a flight of stairs. I did not know that there is an elevator option, but someone from the inside has to open the door because the elevator is inside another building at the left side."

"Had a great time staying here, we received great service the entire time, including in-room massages and a very long list of restaurant and cafe recommendations. The hotel is walking distance to the center of Palermo and lots of great places to eat, but options on the same street are limited. This was fine for us but may not be the best choice for others who want to have restaurants and shops immediately accessible upon walking out of the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. "
