"I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. The lady at the reception on 23rd around 13:30 while speaking to me in between exchanged words in her language with her staff member and both laughed and passed weird expressions which is very unprofessional and insulting to do to your guests. We went into the room noticed even the basic things are not in the room for a 4 star hotel. Only 2 water bottles in the fridge no kettle no tea bags no iron, Broken cupboards, Ants in the balcony, broken hair dryer, noisy Bed We asked them for extra towels 3 times finally had to get down and ask for 4 time.The AC was blowing air not cooling the room due to this my 1 year old got unwell and had temperature. I requested to make the AC work nothing changed. We went to speak at the reception and when we mentioned our baby is unwell they laughed at us at this moment we realised its a very unsafe place to stay.extremely rude and unprofessional staff worst hotel experience of my life.I had to leave the hotel and make another booking at a different place."

"Property was very friendly and accomidating but wasnt what we paid for.the air conditioning is broken,no housecoats,no kitchen,no parking or breakfast, the rooms are not soundproof. There is also no garden or balconies or terraces.Although the owner has changed things he tried very hard to accommodate us."

"Unable to stay at this place. It did not like a hotel. It looked like a haunted house. Empty, dirty, and no staff. It is surprising that Expedia has this on the list of hotels to stay in. No air condition for the past 3 years and we found out about it when we got there. The whole building has no a.c. "

"The gem of this hotel is the rooftop restaurant. We had no idea it was there, but upon arriving learned of it. The staff is wonderful and the views, especially at sunset, were spectacular. Stay here just for that - or come over from your hotel for the restaurant. Terrific location and helpful staff. The room is a bit dated, but definitely adequate. "

"We had a comfortable stay, only disappoint was the hotel description states laundry service and a pool but actually the laundry service is a service off-site not a laundromat that I assumed. A laundromat was not even walking distance. Also there was no pool onsite but about 15 minutes away from hotel apparently but not sure if that was walking distance or by car. Other than that everything else was good, friendly staff and felt safe and secure in the hotel. Perfect views also from the top floor overlooking Sicily and right across the hotel is The Esplanade. "
