Water station in lobby to fill up your water bottles for days out which was great! Only gripe was that bed was quite uncomfortable due to being a sofa bed? Ideal base for exploring Paris. "A true 4 star property. Stayed for 8 nights and was told my room would be only cleaned/serviced once, mid-week…however, it was never cleaned for the entire 8 nights. Towels were flimsy and this was made obvious compared to the rest of the finishes which reflected a true 4 star quality. Room had a kitchen with dish soap/sponges/dishes/pots/utensils/dish washer/etc. No paper towels were provided. Staff was friendly and I was able to secure an early checkin for an additional fee. "Very hot in the room. The air-conditioning turned to 16°C with snow symbol but the room was very hot 🔥 just like 30°C. Finally we opened few windows to cool down the room. Otherwise we couldn't sleep."
