"The property definitely is not a hotel. The room was nice, it was like a mini apartment. It had a kitchen, living-room, fridge, microwave, a bed downstairs and the loft upstairs. Also be careful going up and down the stairs in the room, its pretty narrow. The bathroom was a decent size but the water pooled out of our shower. It definitely gives college vibes. There was a lot of students present. Check in was a breeze but it stops at 11 pm so be there on time. There is only one food option and...

"Excellent staff, supermarket and Metro next door. Housekeeping a bit haphazard. Bin from previous occupants not emptied. Chipped bathroom sink, with hair in it. Policy is not to supply plug for kitchen sink! This is bizarre. Despite these niggles, I recommend this property. "

"It's my regular hotel when I visit my company HQ (yearly). I've been there 3-4 times as is convenient for me: direct on RER B to Paris and to CDG airport, nearby my company, I can eat in the room (thanks to nearby supermarket and small kitchen in the room) if too tired to eat out. Overall is a good business hotel and I recommend if you need to stay in the area."

"Handy location next to the RER station for Evry. The area has little to do and only a couple of restaurants some walk away. Reception staff were very pleasant, helpful and cheeful. The attached restaurant was closed for evening meals (August holidays!) and below average breakfast offedring. Comfortable bedroom with a small kitchette area, all clean as was the bathroom. A bit expensive considering how far from the centre of Paris its located."
