"L’hôtel est très bien situé en centre ville de Trinidad. L’accueil est très sympathique et très professionnel. La chambre était magnifiquement décorée avec beaucoup de goût et de style. Le patio pour le petit déjeuner, dîner ou boire un verre est très agréable. On se sent vite chez soi. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux servi dans une jolie porcelaine, jolie nappe et produits frais. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins, le responsable, souriant, efficace, aidant au mieux, une vraie équipe de pro ! Le lieu est à recommander. "

"Clean, safe, secure and comfortable. This beautiful and cozy place was truly an oasis. The host was warm, welcoming and very informative. The staff were kind and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. From our peaceful morning coffee in the absolutely stunning atmosphere of the outdoor seating area to their excellent recommendations and suggestions regarding the ‘best spots’ around town- we felt we were at home and completely cared for. Thanks to Julio for his kindness, attention and sociability. He kept us amazed and well cared for. Also, the coffee was amazing and served with a friendly smile and kind disposition. "This is a lovely hostal with amazing decor. The rooms themselves are nice and have everything you need. Good breakfast in a lovwly courtyard. The best bit was the service which was excellent. Everyone qas extremely helpful, friendly and accomodating. I definitely recommend this place and will stay again next time I am in Santa Clara. "
