"This hotel was amazing. We stayed in the family suite and had the most perfect view of the Leaning Tower, I was in shock. The actual room itself is good, comfy beds, a fridge, tea/coffee and also clean. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to keep our bags there before check in and after check which was very helpful.
