"I recently stayed at this place and had an outstanding experience! The location is unbeatable, putting you right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything you need. The interior is modern, creating a blend of comfort and style. Our two-room, one-bathroom suite was cozy yet spacious enough for a relaxing stay. The hotel staff where we did the check in was extremely welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great location in Girona!"

"Hotel has great facilities, but it has poor cleanness. we found, at least, 30 bugs inside our apartment. We had to remove the bugs several times as they coming out from somewhere we could not find. In addition, closest and other places in the rooms where not clean and smelly. We report the issues at check out as we checked in late afternoon, were going to stay for one night, and did not want to have other people coming into our apartment to clean."

"The apartment had a horrid musky damp smell, that permitted throughout the stay. Half the lights and plugs didn't work. There is no air con, and the ceiling fan is weak making the apartment sauna like conditions and extremely uncomfortable. The wardrobes, cupboards and draws were not clean and covered in dust, and needing to be cleaned before unpacking suitcases. No sunbeds around the pool, leaving towels and feet covered in dirt from the grass, and being transferred in to the pool / apartments....

"The flat was in a 4th floor with no lift. No aircon or heater. We did not have toilet roll neither. The apartment had hair from the other guest in the floors and the bathroom. Communication with the team was good and the staff very friendly. "

"We were just there for one day. The rooms are big and spacious, beds are nice and comfy with a full kitchen - great for longer stays - close to the highway. The only reason 3 star on property condition was because our ac was leaking in the night but no other issues and it did not disrupt our sleep. The restaurant was very highly rated and packed."

"It was like to be inside the fridge,no heating at all no good to stay this time of the year. We got quickly fixed with hot water and extra duvets otherwise is impossible to sleep gets very cold night time late march and early April."

"Location was good and apartment had all our needs however the air conditioner was broken and they didn’t do much to help us. They kept saying they waiting for the engineer but we were there for a week and no sign of an engineer. They could have offered us fans or perhaps another apartment but they didn’t seem too concerned to help. So that was disappointing. "Wonderful property that's close to old town site seeing but not loud that can happen if you're in the middle of everything. Being on top of the hill has the advantage of best place to see the city below and sunset from the beautiful roof top terrace over the mountains on the other side of the city. The location also can make it a bit difficult to walk bach to hotel as other reviews have noted. It's not that bad and if needed you can stop to catch your breath on one of the walls. It is a very short walk to the shops and restaurants down in the old town area. Everything was well cared for and clean. They have an online restaurant and bar so you don't need to head down again if you want to stay there in the evening. Area seems safe and is residential so no need to worry about being out late at night. Highly recommend this modern friendly hotel!"
