"We booked through Expedia with no problem and received the usual confirmation email. When we turned up we found that the hotel was closed for the season. Nothing else was open in the area. We had to drive over 2 hours to Toulouse, arriving minutes before the 6pm curfew. Luckily the first hotel we found was open and accepted pets. I called Expedia and was told that hotels are meant to notify them if they are closed, even for one day."

"Nos alojamos con 7 amigos durante un fin de semana largo y disfrutamos mucho de la casa. la propiedad es hermosa y perfecta para un grupo. ¥Nuestro favorito era la gran piscina fresca de manantial de montaña! La anfitriona fue muy amable e incluso nos trajo tomates y pepinos frescos de su jardín. Antes de irnos, recorrió el resto de la enorme casa que también se puede alquilar. "Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean.
