"I enjoyed the area because I had work there but it is not touristy. It is a safe students area. The building is nice and well maintained but the staff working in the building doesn’t know a word of English and won’t hold your luggage. The gym is small but Ok, the laundry can only be done with an extremely uncomfortable app that requires all your private data and is available only to Brazilian residents. The apartment was well maintained and had proper insulation but it is tiny and I doubt it...
