The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. It offers various dishes suitable for people from different countries. While most hotel employees do not speak English, which is common for hotels in Brazil, they still make an effort to assist foreign guests and ensure a pleasant stay. As a New Yorker from the USA, I had a wonderful six-night stay here and plan to return during my future trips to São Paulo."

"The place was clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a great setup. I would definitely return in a heartbeat. The only area that needs improvement is the pool— the water wasn't very clean. Other than that, the reception staff was young but very helpful. They took the time to assist with my luggage when there were no other customers waiting. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area. It's a wonderful neighborhood, and I had a great experience overall. Thank you"
