"Whenever we needed new towels, the housekeeping staff would drop everything to accommodate us immediately. They would even shorten their lunch hour to meet our needs. The housekeeping employees work hard, they provide high quality care and services, they are dedicated to their job, and they go above and beyond 100 percent. "Who wouldn't want to stay in a cottage at the foot of a castle? This was an AMAZINGLY beautiful hotel on the side of a steep hilltop, right beside a medieval castle. IT was so peaceful and serene! the view out over the valley was breathtaking. It felt like we were at a retreat, in all the best ways. "Amazingly beautiful hotel and spa! Front desk reception were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selections were anything from cereal, yogurt to freshly made omelettes.
