"This must have been the best customer service I have ever experienced. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We got to check in early and the front desk arranged for a taxi as well as an early access breakfast for an early departure. I can't say enough about how great this property and staff are."

"Like other reviews have said, the rooms are tiny and theres no stairs - but the clerk carried my luggage up and I wasnt spending much time in the room anyway. Within easy walking distance of town, staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to help. The guy who checked me in was incredible, 10/10. I thought it was cozy despite being outdated. Its servicable and warm, but nothing luxurious. Id stay there again in a heartbeat."
