"The room smelt of cigarette smoke and it was obviously a know issues as the window had been open as the room temperature was the same as out side. Other than that the staff were amazing and made my visit a pleasure. Warm smiles and welcoming whenever I passed, Even before I informed them of my problem. The manager should congratulate the staff on their customer service. "

"This hotel looks rather old from the outside, the reception area is in a 80's style, but this impression stops there. The rooms are newly refurbished and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant is very good and the breakfast is also very satisfactory. One of the best value for money I came accross in the last few years. I will definitely come back to this hotel when in the region."

Comfortable stop over whilst travelling south.

"Exceptionally helpful and efficient welcome from the receptionist both on check in and out. Very good English spoken. We had an issue with our booking which was nothing to do with the hotel but they sorted it for us. Room very clean and comfortable. Hotel quiet and underground parking good. Breakfast plentiful and tasty including a couple of hot dishes. We will definitely return to stay here and explore Blois. It was pouring with rain so we didn’t get to see much."

"A Beyond Five-Star Experience at Fleur de Loire. My family and I had the most extraordinary vacation at Fleur de Loire, a hotel that epitomizes luxury and sophistication. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with unparalleled warmth and care. The gracious hotel manager, Ms. Lucie Jarry, personally welcomed us and provided an exclusive introduction to this magnificent property, leaving an indelible impression on us from the start. We stayed in the family two-story suite, which was not only perfectly suited to our family of four but also an absolute delight. The spacious layout, thoughtful design, and playful charm made it an unforgettable part of our stay. The hotel’s thoughtfulness was truly exceptional. Prior to our arrival, we mentioned that it was our daughter’s 10th birthday. To our delight, they surprised her with a beautifully crafted chocolate dessert and a charming stuffed animal, creating a magical moment that touched our hearts. This thoughtful gesture perfectly encapsulated the extraordinary level of care and attention to detail that defines Fleur de Loire. The culinary experience was nothing short of exceptional. Chef Christophe Hay is a true artist, and every meal was a celebration of flavor and quality. From breakfast to lunch, dinner, and the divine patisserie creations, we were consistently in awe of the impeccable execution and extraordinary flavors.
