"Excellent they couldn’t do enough for me. Receptionist (Marci and Sandor) were very friendly. The room was spacious and was well heated (outside was cold). "Built in the heart of the Buda district there is a lot to see. Because it is in this district the prices of things are on the higher side. An example the closest chimney cake vendor wants 20 euros for one. Crazy. The hotel itself was very nice and we had good sleeps in our 6th floor room. Only complaint is I am still waiting for them to cancel my room deposit. If that’s the worst I can say, it has been an excellent stay. Thank you Hilton Budapest."

"Great hotel and reasonably priced. Good access to public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cable channels would be a definite plus. There were far too many staff at breakfast during the week. Most of them are just pacing up and down looking for something to do. "We had ordered a taxi from the hotel to the airport. Confirmation was received. After waiting at the airport I contacted the hotel to be told the person had obviously forgot to order the taxi. We then got an Uber for 11820 HUF. Arriving at the hotel the staff gave us a warm welcome and complimentary drink for the inconvenience. The room was really nice and bathroom clean.
