"Close to Fundao and Covilha this location is perfect for those who like to be surrounded by nature yet close to town. The house is nice, yet rustic. As it mentions it’s off the grid, the house is heated by the fireplace, which is connected to a boiler system that also heats the towel rack and the 2 radiators in the bedrooms. "It was such a beautiful stay, in a lovely quiet rural location. The mill was small but perfect for 2. It was well equipped, there is good air con in both bedrooms just above the beds( these aren't shown on the pictures), and theres a lovely little free standing pool, great for cooling off ( again, nit on the vrbo pictures). The outside area is lovely, with a hammock, great parking, the swing! The BBQ and pizza oven, it was such a beautiful place I dont want to over egg it, in case it became too...

"We were visiting from Canada and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this rustic, authentic accommodation. Thank goodness for accurate GPS to get to the property and through the twists and turns of the VERY narrow roads in town & up the hillside! Ample parking outside the cottage. We all slept soundly and the beds were comfortable and the house was charming. "Luna Chalet are rustic chalets, and I must admit that the unit given to us was very comfortable with great views. Nice bedding, good towels, all dishes and soap needed. The only negative is that they supply the nespresso type machines but with no pods. It would have been nice to have coffee in the morning. A lot of channels on the television also. I strongly recommend the chalet. "
