The house was as described/looks in pictures and had everything we needed for our family (13 people), including a basement area where the kids could hang out and watch tv while we cooked in the beautiful kitchen! Great area with a clubhouse down the road for use. Would definitely stay again! "

"We my sisters and I came together to celebrate the 80th birthday of my oldest sister who lives in Gansevoort. The space was perfect for our gathering and we took a lovely photo on the back deck with the brilliant fall trees in the background. There was lots of sleeping space--more than we needed. The beds were well appointed and comfortable. The value of our rental was excellent. "

"This is a restored 1875 house with a fully outfitted kitchen, large room to gather, comfortable beds. Heidi, our host, was easy to reach and went out of her way to answer all my questions and requests. For seniors, stairs are understandably steeper and narrow and floors aren't always level due to the age of the house. Wood is beautifully refinished.
