Roof top pool and facilities were excellent. It’s not a problem of the hotel, but of Lagos that you feel you can’t just go for a walk outside the boundaries of the hotel. "The most wonderful staff I have ever come across at a hotel. The location is also very central if you’re trying to get around Victoria Island. "

"We paid for a suite but we’re given a superior room instead. The hotel insisted that the price that we paid wouldn’t make up for what they charge for a suite. From a customer service standpoint this was poor. I don’t even think the staff took into consideration that at the time of me booking the room, the exchange rate would have been significantly different from when I had checked in. I’m sure the hotel provides Expedia with their prices and if there was any issue with this, the hotel should have taken it up with Expedia. Expedia tried to contact the hotel but they weren’t successful, leaving us with no choice but to manage what we were given. The staff didn’t seem to care about this. "
