The staff was very friendly and would help where they could. The room from afar was aesthetically pleasing. The AC worked great inside or the room. There were a bunch of great food options in the area as well. While I wanted to love this place, it needed a lot of work. The bed was hard as a rock and the water was brown in the shower, toilet and sink. There were roaches in the bathroom which was just unacceptable. When we initially arrived to the property we were told that continental breakfast was included in our stay and on the first day we were charged for eating the breakfast although we were assured that it was included. The food in the main restaurant located at blowfish was great!

Beautiful new hotel next to The Blowfish. I had a short but amazing stay. Dining in Izanagi was my favourite thing. Breakfast with a lot of different cuisine. Can't wait to visit again !
