"Overall a good place considering the limited options in the area. It was nice to have 4 bathrooms to go with 4 bedrooms though the downstairs bedroom looked like a sitting area converted to a bedroom. The kitchen had what we needed.The bedrooms are fairly bland. The house was clean however there were chips, etc in the trash cabinet where the garbage goes. Overall it met our needs and grateful for it compared to any other options in the area!"

"We had an amazing stay at Court House, it was very accommodating, everyone had plenty of space, beds were comfy and the location was perfect for us. We loved the fishing pier and were out on it a lot. All in all a great Thanksgiving was enjoyed by all. Thank you! "

"This place was very fun, the porch is amazing and has heaters and fans so can be used all year long. The scenery is great and perfect for some good walks! We didn’t really have hot water on the top floor, more of lukewarm water, but besides that everything was great!! "

"Yet another stay at Pelican's Landing in Boca Chica. As always, house was in great condition and Jan was a pleasure to work with. The house has everything needed for a coastal getaway, and if you do need anything the neighborhood store and restaurant is a minute's walk away. Thanks for a great weekend!"

"The rooms are nice size, there is not fenced in yard! if you plan to cook bring your own pots, pans and just about everything else the kitchen is not well stocked"
