"The pictures does not do this place justice. It is unbelievable beautiful. We had to pinch ourselves that we were actually there throughout the week! The couple Jorge and Victoria keep the place immaculate and they could charge an entrance to those gardens. It is like the garden of Eden. We would love to return!"

"Stayed initially for three night but enjoyed it so much we had two more nights there. The apartments are well appointed and quite private. The rooms were spacious and well fitted with a jacuzzi in the bedroom. Quiet in grounds of large house on outskirts of Vila de Punhe about 4miles from Viana do Castelo. Easy access to the town. The staff were very nice and the owner was very helpful. The views were lovely over the area and vineyards. Everything worked well and had no problems."

"I was expecting, and have had, a far higher standard for the price. I wish I had taken more notice of the number of external photographs against interior shots as the only redeeming feature of this place is the outside area. The house itself is of a very low standard. Everything feels old. Not rustic, not traditional, not authentic, OLD! From the furniture right down to the cutlery, it all has a jumble sale feel you shouldn’t be getting for what is being charged. Something else to watch for in...

"Nous y avons passé 15 jours en famille, tout était parfait, l’accueil était chaleureux et les propriétaires sont restés disponibles mais très discret pour nous conseiller sur les différents activités de la région. La maison est grande avec tout ce qu’il fallait pour notre famille, et la piscine un grand plus. Le cadre agréable pour se reposer dans un beau jardin bien entretenu.
