"We thought this hotel was a good value for money. The location and breakfasts were excellent and the room clean. Our family room was not over the bar and only one night was there significant noise. The service was friendly. There were some hot water issues when we were there, with the shower temperature varying greatly. This may have effected our spa visit where the hot tub was not hot, only lukewarm and the Scottish shower was unbearably cold and uncomfortable. Additionally, the price was 60...

"We stayed in a two bedroom cabin at this place for two nights in late May 2015. The cabin was great with plenty of room for two people and the staff were very helpful. The kitchenette included cook and dinnerware. It is in a beautiful location in the mountains within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Recommend this place for people who prefer unique accommodations rather than standard hotel rooms. Do bring your own towels - sheets are provided but not towels or dishclothes."

"The rooms were basic but clean, small ski equipment room. Literally you walk out of the door and put your skis on - it's wonderful! The meals are quite good and the service is good. evening meal was offered for Eu22 a day for 2 courses (may be 3 courses), but you can buy the dishes separately from the A la Carte menu and is not too expensive if you eat two courses only, as the portion size is quite good. "The hotel from hell. They say check-in is from 4pm which is already quite late, but don’t expect to get your room key until 6pm. Chaotic queues at check-in and it took people several hours before they got their room keys. Apart from that the hotel is run-down, tired and untidy. Certainly not worth the price. In the end we didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. Fortunately it was only a one night stay. We were only too happy to move on in the morning."
