"Great Resort, on of the best, Room in a great location close to the slopes. The single beds room a little on the small side. Double beroom, Kitchen and Bathroom all great, Sofa bed a little uncomfortable (as usual with these) Only spoilt by a lack of attention by the staff, namely dust in the room where it hadn't been cleaned properly, WiFi that only worked intermittently due to a lack of available connections most of the time (under specified system) The Spa floor was always dirty, hot...

"No mention of the cleaning pack you are entitled to at check in - we had to ask (and only knew about it as we had stayed before). Would be good if bread/croissants could be delivered to the apartments rather than collecting at reception. Despite being told we could park anywhere in the covered parking we still had a note left on our car asking us to remove it - some better organisation would be good "

One was a bit difficult to manage with doors opening into each other and sloping root line over the beds. "Upon arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. The private underground parking was great for ease of unloading and accessing the apartment. Whilst the apartment was tidy, we found chewing gum on one of the chairs and the furniture was far from comfortable to sit on - although fine if you are just using it for short periods eating.
