"Unfortunately the property wasn’t heated so to arrive on a December evening in snow conditions wasn’t acceptable. I slept in clothing for the night and couldn’t contact anyone. The resort wasn’t open, no shops or anything so no where to eat or buy anything. I had to leave anyway but would not have stayed. Do not come here unless it is in the height of the ski season when something is open - this should have been made clear."

"This place made our vacation one of the best! Very clean and have more than you can ask for. No wifi, but you can get the next door shop free wifi from 8am to 8pm. Everything is within walking distance or you can use the free ski shuttle. Claudia is very helpful. She went above and beyond and called us to make sure we get into the apartment. Sent me videos on how to open the balcony doors… so many surprises in the apartment that will make your stay even better. Highly recommended. Thanks...

"Les Alouettes was as described. A great chalet for two families of four with extra 2 beds on a mezzanine. It was a shortish walk to a button/T-bar lift/bus to gondola - we used hire car to go to car park nearer lifts as too far for children in ski-boots. Not many food shopping outlets so worth getting a shop delivered (very efficient Coop service). The chalet was really comfortable with very good facilities for cooking (we didn't eat out at all).
