"The location, view, yard and patch of private beach are magical. The view is better than what the photos show. There are three decks facing the water. Catches max sun and warm. The yard/hillside landscaping is filled with a large variety of plants, small pathways, and hand-crafted stonework. I imagine there is something flowering most months of the year. Good for dogs and kids, though not safe for toddlers. Older kids and dogs would find it paradise -- safe to let them run wild. You can tell...
