"Staff wasn't very accommodating. They do not offer the option of having an iron for the room other than having it sent to a lady to do it with a Huge fee per item of clothing. This is not a 5 star hotel. Very in accommodating! Not worth the money but it is a great location. "

"Great location for visiting Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio. Owner met us there and was very helpful in explaining everything. Nice to have a reserved parking space off the street! Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Fun to stroll along the promenade next to the beach. You can also ride bikes. Just be sure and communicate w the owner about the total number of beds your party will be using."

"Excellent apartment, quiet, nice location. We were here in November, the city is quite quiet, we enjoyed walks along the promenade. There is free parking some distance away, but we kept our car at the adjacent park, 10 euros a day. Most restaurants open this time of year, Short walking distance. We took some lovely day trips to Lucca, Barga and Colannata. Thanks Fabrizio!"
