"Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Teenagern und hatten das Apartment gebucht, um eine Woche lang in Chamonix Ski zu fahren. Bereits beim Eintritt in das Chalet fiel uns ein eigenartiger Geruch auf. Beim Verräumen stellten wir fest, dass an vier von fünf Fensterbänken bzw. der Laibung schwarzer Schimmel vorhanden war. Im Bad zeigte ein Großteil der sichtbaren Fußleisten starken Schimmelbefall. Das Bad hat keine Heizung und auch keine separate Lüftungseinrichtung, dafür aber viel Holzvertäfelung....

"This place made our vacation one of the best! Very clean and have more than you can ask for. No wifi, but you can get the next door shop free wifi from 8am to 8pm. Everything is within walking distance or you can use the free ski shuttle. Claudia is very helpful. She went above and beyond and called us to make sure we get into the apartment. Sent me videos on how to open the balcony doors… so many surprises in the apartment that will make your stay even better. Highly recommended. Thanks...

"Le chalet est très bien équipé, il est chaleureux et les espaces communs sont bien adaptés au nombre d’occupants. Un seul regret: le lave- vaisselle qui nettoyait très mal, voire pas du tout, et dont le panier supérieur était cassé. Nous aurions également apprécié une théière… Nous n’hésiterons cependant pas à revenir."

"Nous étions tellement bien dans notre logement que nous aurions voulu prolonger le séjour ! Les négociations avaient bien commencé avec la disponibilité et la tarif puis des réponses plus qu’aléatoires pour la procédure de modification du séjour, donc sans succès. Nous avons pris un hôtel pour pouvoir prolonger notre séjour, c’est vraiment dommage vu que nous étions bien dans l’igloo 3."

"Worn out place, very dirty (think of empty beer cans, shampoo bottles behind couch, insects in dishwasher, dirty towels that were left behind, very dirty fridge), incomplete cuttelery, very dusty. Oven not working. Toilet seat broken etc, etc. We book already accommodations for more than 20 years, this has been the worst ever."

"Had a lovely time in this very nice apartment which was very well situated for the amenities in Les Praz, and also next door to the stop on the valley train line. Everything as described and apartment well equipped and clean with nice towels and bedding. Many thanks"

"Lovely place, but there was no washing up liquid or any other surface cleaning products. There was scaffolding up, which spoiled the view, but we did get it at a bargain price, so no complaints there, really."
