"What a lovely spot. So peaceful with on the sounds of ducks cockerels and donkey’s for a bit of background atmosphere. Located in the French countryside with close local amenities. And most of the place we visited were only 30 mins drive away. Abbevile close with great train links to Paris where we spent a great day and Amiens just over an hour drive Was about 1 hour 30 mins drive to visit the world war 1 memorial sites, well worth the drive. Great rental overlooking marina
"Have stayed here many times and love this house.It has lots of advantages - easy walk to town, great views, lovely garden (see the little steam train go past), BBq, Log burner, off-road parking etc., etc. Many improvements made by current owners. Nice restaurants very close by (would recommend Port De Plaisace and La Canoterie) , for a great meal take the little train to Le Crotoy and eat at L'Auberge de la Marine, it's fantastic. Looking forward to our next visit."
