No line cell without wifi that is into the house, i suggest to download the video to reach the exat position before arriving in the farmhouse. The garden is a little space behind the entance. "The house is a charming old house with all the aminities one needs. Every day the pool is cleaned by Gabrielle, a very nice old man. The house is beautifully located in the hills above de valey of Spoleto and in fact on the pilgrims road between Spoleto and Assisi. We made some beautiful walks. The garden is shaded en well suited for dogs. Ours loved it. We certainly hope to return."

"Unique, clean and beautiful remodeled tower. Traveling with family (5 total), there was plenty of space and accommodations had a full kitchen (we mainly used for breakfast). Location about a mile walk to the old town square. We drove to the Mojano lot due to our son with special needs (8 minute drive). It was clean and we loved the old school coffee pot to make our espresso in the morning. Marcello and all the other staff were really friendly and extremely helpful, they made sure that we had a lovely time in this beautiful rustic getaway. We cannot thank them enough!
