"We have been to number of all inclusive hotels and this was the best one we have experienced. The food was excellent (all inclusive) and although the hotel was a little dated it was spotlessly clean. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. We weren’t there with smaller children, but there were fun activities laid in for them in one area of the pool. We were only there 5 days so didnt really do any exertions but there seemed a lot on offer - definitely enough to occupy you for 2 weeks....

"Really nice place to stay in a great location. The apartments are lovely but you can tell room by room which ones have been modernised. Everything was lovely except the bathroom, really old and the showers were awful. Zero pressure and no hot water. Bath takes at least 30 minutes to fill up aswell. Television is absolutely pointless has 2 channels with weak signal and is about 20 years old. Aside this the whole apartment was absolutely lovely and a fantatsic size."

"Overall beautiful accommodations. Taxis are needed to get around. Very limited housekeeping. On the third day the opportunity was missed to get clean sheets, so for ten days we did not get any new sheets , were told we would need to pay extra to have that. The taxi from the airport was 18.95 euros. That was fine, except, when leaving we asked if the hotel had a shuttle to the airport , they said yes. 30 euros , so we decided to take the taxi . "Amazing stay - every staff member has been incredibly nice and helpful. No one could have done more for us! Amazing facilities - loved that there was sun cream at the pool, would have been great to have that at the beach. Definitely recommend staying here if you want a luxuriously relaxing holiday. "

Wonderful stay at the Meliá

"It is a lovely hotel with great facilities for adults. The check-in was very good and lovely helpful staff. Our junior suite was a great size with a balcony overlooking the pool. We were staying half board and the food especially at breakfast was excellent. There was the opportunity to sit outside on the terrace which was very nice indeed as the views were amazing. The pool area was lovely and we managed to get sun loungers each morning. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely return or visit another Meliá hotel. "

"The apartment was very well equipped. There was only 1 air con unit in the apartment which was in the bedroom-that was the only down side I can think of. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was huge. The area was very quiet at night. We always got a good spot by the pool late morning/early afternoon. The staff were all great and very helpful. Pool was a good temperature and inflatables were allowed at certain times. I would stay here again. "

"We loved our stay at Santa Barbara Golf And Ocean Club, the staff are brilliant and the two bed apartment was much bigger than we expected, well equipped and boasted wonderful panoramic views across the ocean and shoreline. We loved the pool bar for food and drink. The evening entertainment and pool did the job. There are No sand beaches to speak of near by but wonderful swimming, snorkelling and fishing can be enjoyed from the picturesque volcanic rock outcrops and pebbled shores. Several good restaurants within a five min walk, and a nice fishing village with loads more circa 30mins walk along the seafront (accessible) boardwalk."
