"Had a lovely stay at the mill. The space is large, bright and airy. The surrounding area is picturesque and the mill is an interesting old building with lots of arts, craft and nature to enjoy. Bed was comfy, kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals, shower was great. Highly recommend a stay to disconnect from the fast pace of life and enjoy the slow life."

"We wanted a place close to Lyon to use as a starting point for a tour of the Massif Central. La Rafiliere fit the bill perfectly. The countryside in April was gorgeous and the house was clean and comfortable. Our only disappointment was not meeting the donkeys!"

"We had a lovely stay, so comfy, quiet and peaceful yet close to shops, the Metro (Saint Just Funicular) and a bus stop into central Lyon right outside the door. The apartment is delightful! Phillipe was very kind and helpful. Thank you!"

"Un gîte dans lequel on se sent bien, a la fois rustique et chaleureux. Il est localisé en sortie du village, donc assez isolé et très au calme. Tout est fonctionnel. Il y a une boîte à clé pour l'arrivée. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et répond vite. Nous reviendrons sûrement."

"We had arrived in Paris after a 10-hour transatlantic flight, taken the TGV to Lyon, and driven our rental car to St. Albans. We planned to stay two nights to recuperate from jet lag. St. Albans is filled with narrow streets that seem to have more traffic than you would expect in a small town. It was very dark when we arrived and Verizon's international plan offered no connectivity. I knew the address of the rental, and I had the key box code. It would not open the key box. I tried...

"For our group of 6 over for the Rugby World Cup, we got everything that we needed. The chance to relax, have our own space, ability to cook and the ability to relax at the pool and jacuizi, makes life easy. We were very well looked after by the hosts. The area is great and supermarkets and bakery 5 minute walk, and then bus to take you to Oulins and lyon right at the door. Would recomend staying here to other people."

"This was a family trip from America. First time in France, loved the city but was so nice to come back to our home for the week in the country. We all fell in love with everything. The host was very kind, helpful and was a nice part of our week. Thank you for allowing us to live in your world for a memorable week. "The unit was all we expected. It was quiet and away from the big city. The town of Crimeau is a medieval town with lots of history and great places to see in the area. The unit itself is a rustic but modern unit and met all our needs. We did encounter that the owners do not supply towels which was a first for us but after we took a closer look at the listing they were not included. No big deal because we had backup plans. Demers was a good host and kept us up to date on goings on in the area....
