"Our stay was wonderful! The owner is very accommodating and the service was great. Breakfast was included which was a nice touch and really good. Our room was comfortable and clean. The location was convenient to the vaporetta stop and very quiet. We would definitely recommend this place!"

"Tiny room but, its like almost everything in Venezia. Picture perfect spot. Beautiful lobby. Secure entryway Exceptional breakfast included and it takes place in the adjacent hotel wich is connected through a walking corridor. Reception is on the second floor and also you have to keep climbing stairs depending what room you get. Super friendly staff. "

"We loved our stay in San Maurizio Luxury suites - it was a massive room and very high quality spec - in a fab location less than a 10min walk to St Marks Square. The breakfast brought to the room was an extra nice touch. Plus the staff very friendly and helpful, and even collected us from the boat dock at the end of the street when we first arrived! Highly recommend."

"A very Venetian experience. While not a “hotel” this is more of home rental. Location is steps from Rialto Bridge, and many other locations. The staff truly made you feel at home. Will stay there again, and will in fact schedule my trip to all us to stay here. "

"Wonderful location; low-key but that's what we wanted. Tourist areas of Venice are as packed as Disneyworld; this is authentic, quiet but still with restaurants and a block to the Venice Biennale entrance!"

"David & his mother were excellent hosts. Cannot fault. Property was exactly as described in a very convenient location to Santa Lucia station. We travelled with two large luggage bags, only had to negotiate two bridges.Would happily stay there again without question. Served the best cappuccino at Brekky!"

"Very luxurious amazing place. The main entrance is tucked away and not just straight ahead as mentioned/advertised it can be tricky to find even with google maps. We absolutely loved our room however, I thought our room would have a small balcony but it was the only room that did not, and also the room with the smallest windows. It’s still an amazing view but that was the only thing I was disappointed about really."

"This place gave us a great welcome after a long trip. Great location to everything including water taxi from the airport and to the train station. Everyday they provided maid service. We traveled with a young toddler and it was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. "
