"The house boat wasn't fancy, but was all we needed for a group of 3 on a 4 day fishing trip. We docked a 19 foot boat out front and parked the truck and trailer next to each other out front. The ice machine appeared to be turned on and was empty, but after i pushed the power button, it started making ice. I would rent this place again."

"Overall, the property was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, with AC units and fans around. The ice machine outside was nice to keep fish cold. The kitchen had a coffee marker, with larger pots for cooking. The houseboat was stable and didn’t move much during storms, which was nice. "Overall we had a good stay. The pros: The code was sent for the lock box for the keys prior. 15 minutes from the marina's. Everything was pretty clean. Quiet area and dollar store close by if you needed anything. The cons: The dead bolt was hard to lock, the key would not turn it at times, but it would lock the bottom lock. The trash can was half full with trash when we arrived, so it didn't take much for it to be full and we could not find another trash bag. We had to leave trash on the counter...

"Our stay was great, We enjoyed doing what we love to do this time of year with such comfort. One key feature is the ability to leave your boat in a very safe area at night and not have to launch it every day, which takes a lot of weight off of your shoulders. The property manager was very professional and easy to communicate with.
