The Cypress House, a private family owned camp located in Cypress Cove Marina, offers you 2000+ square feet of waterfront accommodations. Situated in one of the top FISHING and HUNTING destinations, this townhome is well equipped to be your home away from home.

This raised waterfront property boasts an inviting spacious living room with a large screen TV, and is open to the dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer with laundry detergent is available. All towels and linens are provided during your stay. The Camp has 7 beds, capable of sleeping up to 7+ guests. The plush bedding will greet you after a long day on the bayou and leave you refreshed to tackle the next day's adventure!

Enjoy the waterfront views from the top deck or relax under the covered patio!
Step right off of our PRIVATE DOCK onto your own boat.

Need Transportation? Our luxury Mercedes Sprinter is capable of transporting 6 passengers to your favorite fishing/hunting destination.

Also, for your convenience, there are a plethora of Guide Services to choose from. As a native of Venice, I can help recommend the best Captains for Fishing, Hunting, Bird Watching, Sightseeing, Kayaking and Airboat Tours.

NOTE:
1. Upon departure please remove all trash and discard in trash cans downstairs.
2. Place all dishes in dishwasher and start.
3. No fish/fowl/seafood cleaning inside the townhouse. The Marina has a fish/game cleaning station that allows for speedy cleaning with easy access of discarding carcasses.

We HIGHLY recommended guests purchasing the Travelers Insurance. The acceptance of the Security Deposit is not a waiver of The Cypress House's right to charge for damages or fees in excess of the Security Deposit.
Any cancellation must be in writing. Cancellations are only allowed 14 days prior to the rental period. Should the reservation be cancelled within the 14 days of the rental period, the entire rental fee is forfeited and the reservation damage deposit will be returned. No refunds will be given for inclement weather, illness, accident, change of plans, personal emergencies, or otherwise, if not done in writing 14 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations within 14 days of rental period are only allowed and refunded in the event of a Plaquemines Parish mandatory evacuation.

Wonderful home right on the water in Cypress Cove. Owner very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any questions, home is clean, spacious and all the amenities. Must stay if going to Cypress Cove. Highly recommended.

Wonderful accommodations. Very clean and crisp décor, unlike anything in the area. Perfect for charters, VooDoo picked us up right in front of our back door, and dropped us off each day. They have ice, outdoor refrigerators, and all essentials needed for a cozy stay after a long day on the water.

Cypress House Rocks
I have stayed in a dozen fish camps in Venice. Cypress House is at the high end of expense, but you get what you pay for. Spacious and well appointed, the Cypress House is managed by good people who clearly care about the place. I hope to stay again.

Group Stay
I had an unbelievable and amazing stay. At one point the owner brought additional towels and wash clothes because he remembered we had a larger group. It is everything a group needs for a weekend or longer. Our will be going back and using again if it is available.

The Cypress House is one of the finest rental properties I have ever stayed at. Anyone going fishing or hunting in the Venice, La area needs to stay here. Beautiful property with all the amenities you will need. Enjoyed a beautiful Sunset with a cool drink after a day of fishing.
