"This is an excellent place to stay in Bol, on a quiet side street in the historic area, a short walk to the waterfront restaurants and shops. There are a few sterile modern “resort” hotels in Bol, but staying with Ivana and Ivan in part of their stone family home is far superior. Our rooms were up steps and included a full kitchen, private covered patio, and garden. "Fabulous property. Exactly what we hoped for and so much more. The location is just perfect. Right on the beach and easy walking distance to everything Makarska has to offer. Accommodation is basic but comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our hosts were so helpful and friendly. It felt like home from home. We had full use of the kitchen and our own fridge.
