"We booked this last minute as our original booking cancelled and it was the best thing that happened. This hotel was great, it was close to the heart of the town and as close as you can stay to the Black Lake - 35 min walk or 4 min drive to the car park. Staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming. They even upgraded us to an exec suite, which was lovely! So much so, we decided to relax in the room for the afternoon instead of sightseeing. "Did not get the room I reserved! Arrived at midnight, -5°C outside , no reception ( I called and informed late,arrival) it took the guard 15-20 minutes to open ...."

"Cet établissement situé au fond d’un canyon se situe à 1h30 environ du village de Zabljak, point de départ des excursions. Pour l’atteindre il faut emprunter un chemin majoritairement de terre, pénible et difficile. On y croise régulièrement des 4x4 qui oblige à se ranger tant bien que mal voire de faire marche arrière. Une fois arrivé sur place l’hôtel revendique un 4 étoiles usurpé. 2 étoiles à peine. Chambres sommaires, exiguës, mal insonorisées où ce qui se passe passe dans la chambre...
