"wonderful apartment - a real gem! 1 minute walk to city hall, on the street below the steps of the cable car. Old town within 5 min walking. Apartment in fantastic condition - fridge, air con, induction hob and plenty of utensils. "The furniture and bedding look tired and dated, but the apartment itself is spacious for the four of us, clean, tidy, comfortable and warm (we were there in mid-November). It is in a great walkable location very close to the Old Town of Saravejo. Communication is excellent. Problems were sorted out with a smile and apologies within the hour. We found everything we needed (including a shoe horn!) in the apartment. "

"It was a terrible experience . We booked this hotel and when we reached no one was there to open the appartment . We have been calling hotel . Com and the owner himself . He didn’t pick up his phone . We have been roaming around on the roads till late night and had to book another hotel to stay . He himself never bothered to contact us . We have filed complain against him and filed for refund."

"The property is modern, clean and functional. The location isn't bad if you don't mind a 10 minute walk to the old town. I would've liked better bedding and sheets, but everything else was fine. "I would give Milan, the owner, 5 stars for his eagerness to please. He is a very kind host. As English speakers we struggled to communicate and we feel the property isn't quite ready to host those who do not speak the local language well. The food is great and they serves it in abundance. The lodging is comfortable but rustic with light fixtures hanging from the celings and furniture falling apart. Our main issue was the noise. Music and loud talking until 1am the first night and barking...
