"I liked the elevator to reach my room on the third floor. I also liked being close to the Red Wave supermarket in the area. However, my room was pretty noisy both at night and in the early morning. There were strange noises coming from upstairs early morning. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful."

"The kindness of staff is as unlimited as coffee and tea on the 2nd floor. The guy from reception helped us with luggage on the way to the hotel and also back. They provided snorkel equipment for free. Breakfast is very tasty, espiecialy maledivian one. Room is clean and spacious enough, one disadvantage is that we didn't have window and maybe that's why you can feel excess humidity. "

They made no attempt to remedy the situation despite being made aware of the problem since day one. They kept passing the buck to their affiliate company Vrbo who also failed to correct my accommodation issue. I had booked a two week stay and the accommodation issue remained for the entire two weeks with no follow- up from either of the two companies...
